The quality assurance of safe and reliable APIs is what must be emphasized in our business as well as stable supply.

Our Quality Assurance Department devotes themselves to keeping close contact with overseas API manufacturers to help them fully understand and follow the Japanese GMP standards to export their APIs to Japan.

If there should happen any issues concerning the quality of APIs, and whenever we have inquiries from our customers about it, we will take immediate action to request the overseas API manufacturers for their speedy feedback.

We act as an in-country caretaker of DMF, and support accreditation of foreign manufacturers. We also make necessary arrangements of inspection/audit, and confirm the safety of the API manufacturing environment by visiting the manufacturing site by ourselves if necessary.
